June: Prairie Star Honey, owned and operated by Mike and Sheri Dinkel of Hill City, Kansas, offers locally produced honey harvested from their own apiaries. Visitors can explore a variety of honey products while learning more about beekeeping and the vital role honeybees play in our environment.
